I love, love, love making and eating cakes but I hate what it does to my body. The following are what helps me stay "wab" free.
ZUMBA!!! I just started in November and I love it! I don't feel like I'm working out only because it is fun. I have been able to keep up with doing it for an hour every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You have to try it out! A must for any person who dreads running but loves to dance....(Does not mean you have to be a good dancer because I most certainly am not :) )
